Do you want your painting to be unique and specifically made for your home? At Art by Amélie you have the opportunity to order custom made paintings, specifying color scheme, size and the technique you want to be used. To make sure that I can design an art piece which captures all your custom requests, there are a few steps that you and I will take together to ensure that you get exactly what you dream about.

Let me know about the quantity, size and orientation (landscape or portrait) you have in mind. Though I don’t offer framing as a standard, if you’d like your painting to be framed, simply add this to your request.

To decide on the right composition and color palette, it is best if you choose one or two of the displayed paintings from this website or from my instagram account (artbyamelie_) which you like best as a reference. Please note that these should preferably be from the same series/painting technique. This makes it much easier for me to know what type of painting you have in mind.

After we have discussed your request, I’ll send you a pricing offer which will include cost for the painting, shipping cost (unless it is a Copenhagen delivery) and potential framing cost. You will only pay the full cost once the painting is finished, however a 30% non-refundable downpayment is required initially.

I’ll keep you regularly informed about the progress of the painting. Once it is finalised, you’ll receive photos about the painting, incl. close-ups as well as a final price summary (which will only differ from the initial price offer received if you opted for a frame type that differs from the initial suggestion – price, material and weight). Once your payment is transferred, your painting is shipped within 1-3 working days and you’ll receive the tracking number. For potential returns and refunds, general terms and conditions apply.
